How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot is the best ever with a superb view, the staff are incredibly attentive, the pools are gorgeous, and the beach shuttle is available at any time (the beach is very close, but the slope of the road makes you sweat, so that service is a real plus). At our time there were very few people in the hotel, which can be seen as a downside but also an advantage – we liked it. Breakfast might have been a bit reduced because of the occupancy, but it was enough and tasty.

The staff were pleasant, the view is stunning, and the two pools are enjoyable. The location is remote and high on a hill, so there are no places to visit on foot. The hotel is old and the decor is drab, even the staff uniforms are a depressing brown colour. This is not a joyful place. Perhaps it isn’t so bad if the hotel is full.

It’s quiet because the hotel is very far away. We were the only guests besides customers who apparently received a voucher from Supalai due to a house purchase. The hotel is very old and would need a complete renovation. The rooms are very simple. The bathtub has a high entry instead of a shower. The balcony was not furnished.

It’s massive, equipped with everything you need, three huge pools, and the staff were undoubtedly the best, making you feel right at home with constant smiles.
