I recently switched hotels, and it was a wise decision. For a relatively small additional cost, I'm now enjoying top-notch service, including an impressive breakfast buffet, at a luxurious five-star hotel. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower is functional, with an added bonus of a dressing room. On the rooftop, I've found a beautiful pool where I can enjoy free afternoon tea, and there's also a spa and fitness room available.

I was pleased with the hotel's tranquil and green surroundings, as well as its comfortable location and friendly staff. The price was also reasonable, and the internet connection was good. However, I did experience some issues with the air conditioning in my room, which wasn't working optimally for the first two nights, but was promptly fixed by the third night. I also found the TV channels to be a bit of a hassle to navigate.

I was impressed by the hotel's proximity to the city center and the cozy atmosphere in the common areas. However, my room was in a state of disrepair, with chipped paint, loose nails, a clogged shower, and a general lack of cleanliness, including dust under the bed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings. Unfortunately, the exterior photos were outdated, and I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, with visible stains on the bedding and dust on the furniture.

I was pleasantly surprised by this charming hotel, tucked away on a quiet side street, with friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable. The peaceful atmosphere at night, accompanied by the soothing sound of a waterfall, was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the convenient water refill station and the hotel's lush green surroundings. However, my experience was slightly marred by the cleanliness of the bathroom, which fell short of my expectations.
