“A good place to stay but you need a car to go out to eat!”
The place sits near the beach yet feels a bit far from restaurants and shops, and there was no food on site.

The spot was convenient and the bedding was good, but there was no snack or continental breakfast, the staff watched my 87‑year‑old mother lug her bags down the steps, and the AC cut out during the night.

Location, location, location, and the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful; the bed was comfy. There's nothing to complain about, though there is no restaurant or bar.

Right on the sea and just 2 minutes from the center of Kennebunkport, there are several common areas to unwind, a clean, well‑maintained, spacious room. Parking, bicycles, board games, beach loungers, coffee and tea are always available.

The location is beautiful, and walking along the water first thing in the morning was a treat.
