The facilities were fine except for the third adult bed. I think they should charge for two adults instead. The third adult bed was very disappointing—hard and too short. It wasn’t a proper bed at all, which made sleeping terrible. We paid for three adults but it only accommodated two adults and a child. The charges were unreasonable.

The stay was lovely. I would highly recommend this guest house. The bed was comfortable, the area very quiet, and it was close to everything. The room was basic but had everything you need and more. Bonus: you could use the kitchen if you wanted to cook or store food. Nothing. Everything was great.

The location was good, with town and beach within walking distance. The TV has Netflix, YouTube, etc., so you could log in and feel at home. The furniture could be updated.

The place was freshly renovated and sits just a stone’s throw from the city centre, though there’s no on‑site parking if you’re driving – you’ll need to walk a bit to find a spot. Charlotte was incredibly helpful, replying fast and giving clear instructions on how to enter the property, and the policies were straightforward and easy to follow. I’d book again if I’m back in Bournemouth next time.
