The staff were polite and helpful, the accommodation was fine, and breakfast was good, but in the room I stayed in the only outlet at the foot of the bed kept shutting off when I turned off the room light, so I had to use the TV’s outlet to charge my phone at night.

Breakfast was satisfactory and included in the daily rate; the location was convenient, especially for those who want practicality, but if you want to hit the beach keep in mind the hotel is about eight blocks from the sea. The staff were outstanding—wonderful, attentive, and always ready to help, with no complaints on that front. Our experience didn’t start off well because of how we were received; we won’t go into detail, especially since the person who handled us also monitors reviews and knows exactly what happened. The issue began with the lack of attention to the reservation made through Booking. The receptionist insisted we had made two bookings and that we should pay for both, even though the second was not ours. She also showed little willingness to listen to our explanations, arguing as if she were entirely right. The situation was very unpleasant and we had to navigate around it. We stayed only because it was a holiday, it was late, and we needed rest. Nevertheless, given how important reviews are for future guests, we also share our observations on other aspects of the stay. The internet didn’t work in the room we were in, although it was available in other areas like the reception. The accommodation was quite noisy, with sounds from outside—mainly the street—compromising our rest.

The location is great, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are polite and helpful. Parking and some cleaning fell short, the floor was slippery, and there was no place to lay towels after showering.
