We were greeted warmly upon arrival, enjoyed the wellness area with Jacuzzi and Hammam, and the bus stop was right outside the hotel, which was great for our hikes; we really appreciated the Illiez Card for exploring the region. The breakfast could have offered more bread and cheese options, and it was disappointing that the croissants were reheated that morning.

I came for the Swisspeaks, and lunch was served right at 6:15 am on purpose! The staff were very friendly, the view was pretty, and the place was very quiet. Thank you very much.
