We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and had great views, and the manager even upgraded us, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport. However, our room had a lingering smoke smell that was pretty off-putting. Unfortunately, we couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, which was a bit of a bummer.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. But, to be honest, the room we got was tiny and didn't even have a window or a balcony, which was a bit of a letdown. To make matters worse, the gym was listed as a facility on their website, but it's been closed for over a year, which is just misleading.
