“Rip off”
I was ripped off; they added an extra state tax charge that wasn’t in my booking, and when I sent them a receipt printed straight from the hotel, they didn’t help at all. I’ll never return.
“Not Wheelchair Friendly”
The place was not wheelchair friendly, so it wasn’t accessible for me.
Staff, comfort, cleanliness. Shower drain clogged, rear door/entrance to building, security lock needs to be fixed/replaced its broken.could be an issue with unwanted guests/crime
“if we had got a clean room at first it was ok. but no free breakfast and the dirty floors. sucked”
The staff were friendly, but there was no free breakfast because it was closed for renovations, and the room we got was filthy with mud on the floor and a broken toilet seat; they did move us to another room, yet the whole building was still covered in mud.

Two rooms had TVs that didn’t work, and I gave up trying to fix them; the security at the hotel doors was compromised, and the equipment’s conditions were poor.
