Nice hotel and a wide selection of breakfasts. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised electric‑car charging on its own website, but when I got there I learned that while they have a charger, it cannot be used for guests’ vehicles. They even lie publicly about it, and it seems they don't care long term—just tell the reception staff! From my point of view, that feels like a scam on guests. Never again.

Nice spacious room. I would have liked bedside lamps with LED bulbs that give a warm yellow light.

We had a great time at this hotel; the room was large enough for my little daughter, the staff were very friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean. The location was excellent, and out of all the restaurants we tried in Zlin, the hotel’s own was by far the best.

Everything was super; the breakfast was adequate even though I had experienced better ones, and it was suitable for my 10‑year‑old daughter.
