“I felt safe as long as I stayed in my room. and staff is wonderful.”
The room location was good and the staff were friendly, but there were creepy customers and loiterers.

The people who work here are great, and there was nothing to complain about.

The shower head had strong water pressure, but that was about it! I didn’t get the advertised AAA discount because the front desk wouldn’t give it; the swimming pool was dirty, the hot tub/jacuzzi didn’t work, and the pillows on the bed were very old, small and uncomfortable—no sleep at all. The king bed that was given to us for two adults and our 11‑year‑old granddaughter was too small, so my husband slept in a chair. Breakfast was just cereal and a waffle maker and wasn’t very tasty; this establishment should take a little more pride in this location and needs an overhaul and thorough cleaning. I won’t come back here.

The TV had two remote controls, but I couldn't change channels or guide them properly.

I enjoyed the outdoor pool, but I was disappointed that I couldn't lie on the bed and watch TV, and the pool area lacked lounge chairs for sunbathing; the presence of several homeless people made the spot feel a bit unsettling.
