Only 100 m from the beach, near the center and the Old Town bus station, and Ani was attentive and even greeted us at the bus station!

Convenient location: very close to the beach, near the city center, important infrastructure and entertainment nearby; the climate is favorable—by the sea it’s not as hot as the city center, the air isn’t dry or humid, plenty of shade; relatively quiet, transport isn’t a nuisance; overall the stay was more comfortable than other places at the same price. I didn’t notice any drawbacks. If you have a sensitive sleep, the gulls can be annoying—they’re the city’s residents, many, and you can watch them from the balcony as they fly around. At night, especially at dawn, the gulls are very loud “squawking”; closing the window and balcony feels undesirable—you want fresh air. It can be seen as a natural alarm rather than a fault. In short, I’ve never heard such a variety of sounds from local gulls before.
