Valentina’s service was the best part of the stay—friendly, decent, courteous, and she handled any issue promptly. The jacuzzi shower didn’t work, and the staff never fixed it properly; Valentina was still kind, but the night‑shift guy was a bit rude and unhelpful.

The facility was huge and comfortable, and everything smelled wonderful. After using the bathtub, the water didn’t heat up, and we also had a mix‑up because we’d booked with breakfast included but it wasn’t actually added.

La ubicación excelente, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno, la cama cómoda, el televisor grande. A manera general todo estuvo bien, solo deben cambiar los accesorios del baño donde se coloca la toalla, por lo demás no tengo quejas
