Everything was excellent from start to finish—the staff, the location, the walk safely to Bokaap, street shopping, halal food for breakfast, and the prayer room. Really worth it—keep it up!

Friendly and accommodating staff. The cuisine wasn’t internationally diverse, there was a restriction on alcohol, and the rooms didn’t meet a 5‑star standard.

Location, everything needed provided, excellent staff and care, the bathroom is so lovely. Breakfast options were disappointing; could have been better, but I’m assuming it was heritage day. The room was a little aged and worn out.
