“Excelente personal, pero problemas graves en el baño y pésima ubicación”
The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The food ranged from average to good, with a wide menu of dishes and drinks, and the hours were generous; the hotel’s temperature was fine and its look was pleasant. However, the staff mixed up the reservation type, and the room that was given had mold and dampness. The bathroom had a serious leak that caused the faucet to burst, flooding the entire room, rendering it unusable and damaging personal items. Even though a replacement room was offered, it still hurt our overall comfort. Both TVs in the rooms were broken and didn’t work properly, and the replacement room didn’t have a cable TV at all. Finally, the location was quite bad, forcing us to return to the hotel before dark.
