The staff were great – Ginevra was the best! Check‑in was simple and smooth, and the breakfast was excellent; kudos to the team who prepares it! Some parts could use a little refreshment, though the hotel overall is very charming and pleasant.

The facility was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable in every way, and the breakfast was rich with everything from sweet to savory, even including gummy candies for children. The staff were courteous and helpful.
