“Improponibile!”
Only the location. The bathroom without a bidet was not mentioned in the description. The rudeness of the person who handled the booking. The information in the room description is misleading and does not match reality. The room was on the ground floor (despite my explicit request for a higher floor) and faced the street (while the description said it faced the inner courtyard). The almost complete lack of light made the room feel like a tomb. There was a slightly stale, closed smell. One of the two windows had a broken shade, so with only one working window, the light was extremely limited. A terrible experience!
