The location and building were fine, but staff management and cleaning were poor: the blankets were unwashed and stained, a red mark that looked like blood or lipstick was in the first room, the pillows had never been washed and were black, the blankets were too dirty to use with large stains, and the toilet seat had feces stains; when we asked, they said the maid was not around, which is unexpected—basic hygiene is at least required.
