“Prime location and I really like the town”
The hotel sits in a great spot, and although the exterior looked run down, once inside everything was clean and the beds comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful when our reservation ran into trouble, but the hotel had apparently omitted our booking; the staff tried to find a replacement but it was 30 km away with fewer facilities, forcing us to alter our itinerary, and the dining area felt too small and lacked air‑conditioning.

The assigned room was clean and cozy, the heater worked well, and the walk‑in shower was a welcome feature for older guests who struggle with tubs; breakfast was excellent, offering waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausages, and a usual array of baked goods; the location was convenient, near the park entrance and a short walk from shops and restaurants, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the breakfast area was very small and cramped, we had to wait for a table, and when full of guests, waffle irons, and hot chafing dishes, it became uncomfortably hot and stuffy; also the switch just inside the door of our room seemed to control no lights.

The location was good and the place was clean.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, but the breakfast area needed more space; we chose another spot because it was too crowded.
