The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Hotel was clean and the food was good, if maybe slightly pricey. Location isn't great for most tourist spots and amenities, will always need a taxi or bus to get around to places. Bathroom had mislabelled products and no dental kits without asking

Property is located near centre , mostly lobby area is big spacious and spa and gym is mind blowing ,. Mostly I liked alll

the breakfast was so good, the people the room the hotel the gym the SPA everything i loved this hotel i may come back one day. the location we have to take the bus to visit istanbul. but it's not that bad
