Martina’s professionalism and breakfast made the stay pleasant, but on the third floor the TV had no antenna, the water was lukewarm, the AC remote’s battery was dead so the AC didn’t work, and the minibar fridge didn’t power because there was no outlet. Thanks to Martina we avoided freezing and got hot showers, yet that’s still not acceptable.

The location, breakfast, and cleanliness were fine, yet room 311 on the third floor had a broken TV, lukewarm water, a partially clogged shower drain, and an AC that only blew cold air with partially drained batteries. With that duvet we froze in mid‑October, and the blankets in the wardrobe were dusty from an allergy flare‑up. When we reported these issues to reception we felt the staff didn’t always agree with the guest, which was frustrating. Sometimes we got functional rooms and were fine, hoping for better next time.
