The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we brought our two small senior dogs; they arranged a car for ferry transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and on the ground floor, so no stairs for the dogs, and the location off the main road kept it quiet. Great value overall!

The location wasn’t bad at all, and the room was clean, cool with the air‑con, and spacious. I’d love to come back again. It might be better if guests could choose their own rooms when checking in themselves.

The spot was right between the lively market area and the quieter side, making everything easy to reach. The shower head in the bathroom blew up, splashing water everywhere.

Overall it was good, just that I went during a hot time of year. Parking could use better planning; a four‑person room’s motorbike blocked the entrance to the two‑person room’s exit.
