The establishment was filthy. The sheets were dirty. We left the hotel after 10 minutes and looked for another one. I think you should remove it from your site. I hope we’ll be refunded. We are customers of your site. Can we still trust you?

The location was fine. One of the rooms was new and good, but the second was dirty, with a very dirty mattress and only one sheet. I can’t understand why they leave out a sheet. Very noisy.
