It was a nice place, comfortable and safe, but there was hair in the shower.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast decent, and the staff nice and responsive, yet the room wasn’t very clean and had several issues: faucets leaked, shower soap was empty, the freezer in the refrigerator was so iced over it was unusable, and the Kleenex was out.
