The location was good, the room was clean and the A/C worked fine, but the elevator was broken while we were on the 3rd floor, which was inconvenient; the TV only offered paid channels like Netflix, no live TV, and the staff never responded to our call; the shower shelf was torn off the wall, so we had to put our items on the floor.
