While the hotel's location was a major plus, our stay was marred by several issues. The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, and the room itself had a strong cigarette smell. To top it off, the staff seemed rather apathetic and uninterested in helping us with our problems.

I stayed at the Cimenoglu hotel due to its proximity to the Denizli bus station, which is one of the closest options, just a 3-minute walk away. The booking process was smooth and efficient, even though we arrived in the middle of the night. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was very comfortable, with a soft bed and excellent cleanliness.

I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious room and bathroom, which had plenty of room to move around. The hotel's location right next to the train and bus stations made it incredibly convenient for getting around. However, the breakfast was just average, and the restaurant itself didn't exactly look inviting. On a more positive note, the spa massage and Turkish hamam experience was truly exceptional.

I was pleased with the hotel's location near the bus terminal, making it easy to travel to Pamukkale. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty.

Compared to other hotels in the city I've stayed at, the breakfast was quite good. However, the showerhead in the bathroom was loose and needed to be fixed.
