The place was fantastic. The pool was lovely and clean, ideal. The beach was right there, the food was AMAZING. And very well priced. Great happy hours, all the amenities on the beach and adequate rooms. Cannot fault the place – it was quiet at the end of the beach and only a short walk into town. I would go again. I’m not sure why, as the staff were very friendly, but their attention to detail and just doing their jobs was lacking. The service at times was appalling. Maybe this was the week between seasons and staff were given time off – I don’t know, but it was noticeable. They could also have been MUCH clearer about jellyfish in the beach at this time of the year.

מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד שירות ויחס אדיב מאוד במיוחד העובדת פאם בקבלה. חדרים מעוצבים ונקיים בריכה יפה ונקיה חוף צמוד מלון שקט וקרוב לבית חבד ולמסעדות כשרות 10 מ10 תודה בהחלט נחזור ונמליץ לחברים. היה מושלם אם יחליפו את המזרונים לרכים יותר אבל עדיין זה פרט שולי והמלון והשירות ממש ברמה גבוהה

Very nice resort on Samui. The hotel consists of two buildings separated by the street. We were not directly on the beach but on the “garden side.” Rooms were very clean, staff friendly, pools beautiful and the hotel’s own beach was great. The breakfast buffet was very appealing. Our room was a bit small, there wasn’t enough space for the suitcases. At the beach more small tables next to the loungers would be useful. The night‑light lamps in the room are unfortunately easy to bump your head on.
