“Muy caro para lo que ofrece”
The room lacked air conditioning and a desk, and the towels were very old and small. The food was bad and the totopos were burnt.

Nothing positive. The pictures on Booking or Google are fake. The hotel is called Sleep Inn, but the least you can do is sleep. They try to tell you they’ll give you earplugs to sleep, but during the three or four nights I stayed they never had any. The rooms are extremely damp, they don’t give extra blankets, and they don’t provide drinking water after the first day. The staff is extremely friendly at any time, but the management is noticeably lacking. Every night the trucks on the road make too much noise, making it hard to sleep. I read these comments before booking and didn’t care, thinking it was an exaggeration. Also the taxi or Uber costs are too high. I recommend a more central hotel; the transport cost is worth it. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/5. Rooms are extremely damp, security questionable, walking distance moderate, food and drinks edible. Highlights: the staff is impressively friendly. Bed comfort uncomfortable.

The staff were attentive, but the place was too small.

The location is good, but the bathroom was old.

Breakfast is included, the location is perfect and in a good area. They have a 24‑hour coffee service that heats it up. They could extend breakfast by an hour because many of us arrive late and are tired. We called reception to request an extra pillow and they didn’t have any available.
