“키즈프렌들리 호텔! 잘 놀다갑니다~”
The place is kid‑friendly. It seems the bathroom tap needs to be replaced.

A bidet should be installed in the bathroom, and the bathroom towels need to be replaced with new ones.

The surroundings, garden and staff were pleasant, yet the room was badly cleaned, swarmed with mosquitoes, and the bedding – especially the duvet – was worn out. The hotel looks so outdated that a renovation is desperately needed; even simple things like spider webs on the balcony were left untouched.

Set in the fresh air of Pyeongchang’s forest with a beautiful garden, the staff were extremely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the meals were neatly presented and delicious. The building does look a bit old, so a little remodeling would make it perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a 10‑minute drive to the temple. There was a coffee shop where you could order bowls, but you had to eat them outside, which isn’t convenient when there’s no seating outside or in the room. The balconies are huge but have no furniture. Everything feels worn out and broken. The highlight was that towels were changed, but the beds were not made, the dirty dishes were not swapped, there was no toilet paper refilled, and the room door was left open. The gym has rusty old equipment in the basement. The pool costs extra and was also closed outside. A fancy lobby doesn’t make it a 5‑star hotel.
