“Confortável.”

The place was cozy and spacious, but the staff didn’t know what I had booked. I spent a long time proving that I’d reserved through the app, only to be given a room that was nothing like what I ordered—a suite. They told me the price on the site only covered a standard room and that I’d have to pay extra for a suite. Eventually, a different staff member confirmed that everything was fine with the stay and the charges, but I wouldn’t stay there again because of the trouble booking through the app.

The air conditioner was faulty and the electric shower was leaking. The room was hot because the AC didn’t work properly.

I liked the staff’s service. I didn’t like the breakfast because when I went down there were few food options. Also, the coat rack in the closets is too high and doesn’t fit average‑height women. Another drawback is the lack of a large mirror in the room; there’s only a mirror on the bathroom sink, which is too high to see the whole body. So the hotel’s setup doesn’t accommodate all types of people.
