They offered a kitchen with tea and coffee for guests. However, the cleaning hadn't been done before we arrived—dust everywhere in the room, corridors, and stairs, the bed creaked with every move, and the shared balcony was right next to the neighboring room.

The quiet, location, and Mr DUONG’s friendliness made it my third stay. The only downside might be a small TV in the room, otherwise everything was perfect.

Lieu très calme malgré la proximité de la gare ferroviaire et la circulation de jour. Lieu de ressourcement ! On peut entendre les sons de la nature à tout moment, même en journée, sans pour autant être à l'extérieur, c'est impressionnant !!! Mais pas étonnant vue la personnalité de l'hôte. L'accès aux transports à 1 minute de la résidence et la connexion avec d'autres moyens de transports et d'autres lieux. Je l'apprécie énormément !

This was my second visit, and everything I liked was present: the calm atmosphere, the pleasant and smiling host who was instantly available, discreet and respectful, and the overall peaceful setting; I recommend it.
