The room had a fresh, clean scent upon entry, but it was tiny, lacked shower supplies, and there was no towel. The building felt very old.

We couldn't stay because the room was infested with mold; it was so dirty that we left and booked another hotel. We never used the room, returned the keys after about an hour of checking in, and the hotel refused to refund us.
