The location, comfort, and spa/sauna were all good.

The staff were very attentive, the mattress was plush, and the breakfast was well‑filled. The private pool and spa were nice, though the water felt a bit cool. The shower quality was somewhat deceptive given the room’s price, with issues like joint maintenance, a drain hole problem, and a slippery floor.

The spacious room offered a view of Chorsu Bazaar and was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, dedicated, helpful, and polite, and they provided daily water as a courtesy. The spa facilities required a reservation in advance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The furniture in room 603 could use an upgrade.

The hotel was modern, with a clean front desk and rooms, and the staff were friendly; the breakfast was tasty and I was very satisfied with my stay. I had asked in advance if I could use a shower after checking out, and they let me use the spa, which was very helpful since I was flying out that night. The bazaar was within walking distance, a supermarket was nearby, and the location was convenient. I didn’t go out because I was tired, but I saw a restaurant close by. It’s a bit far from the airport and station, but if you’re not in a hurry, it’s acceptable. I arrived from Bukhara by train at night, stayed one night, and then flew back the next night; it worked well as a base for a day trip to Tashkent. Arriving at night and then heading to Samarkand the next day felt inconvenient because the station is far from the hotel. The only downside was that on the top floor the shower water pressure was unstable, which was disappointing.
