“Bien ubicado”
It’s very well located for activities in the center; you can walk to the best restaurants, shops, and parks without using a car. The pool is comfortable and nice, clean and cozy just to get to sleep. It’s an advantage if you have a car, the parking is next door, although it looks abandoned. They should renew their linens; the bedding is old and almost transparent, the towels are VERY worn, and the towel rack is already heavily rusted. The internet is very, very slow; data works better if you have to do something urgent that requires connection. At check‑in I paid a little more; they should keep the price fixed in pesos if the reservation is national. It definitely isn’t the 5‑star level they claim; it’s more like a 3 or 3.5, and it needs a renovation.

The design looks pretty, but it’s not worth paying for even one night. There’s no 24‑hour staff available, the facilities are old and rooms aren’t maintained, basic items are missing, the staff aren’t very friendly, mornings are noisy, and the staff are inconsiderate.
