The shower’s cold water is a problem.

The hostel was in a quiet spot, but we arrived late at night to find it dirty and inaccessible, with broken facilities and spiral stairs that made moving our luggage up nearly impossible. When we entered our room, a naked man was on the beds. We asked for a private room, were overcharged, and had to chase the staff for three days before they finally refunded us in loose coins. Instead of apologizing, they begged us not to leave a low rating. The conditions were terrible and the service awful.

The location was great and the price was very economical. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the terrace was a pleasant space to relax. The staff were also very friendly. However, the shower water wasn’t always hot and there were only two showers for many guests, so sometimes we had to wait a long time to shower.
