The room was clean for the price, and the staff were friendly and polite. The location wasn’t as far from the station as I had imagined. The old building’s scent was fine, but the breakfast fish wasn’t very tasty even though I chose the Japanese selection.

I had my suitcase left at the luggage service before check‑in, and when I entered the room I found the handle split in two. I asked the front desk and was told I would be asked later, but they claimed the suitcase was intact when I left it. They said I must have broken it myself and filed a complaint, which was very unpleasant. At least I expected some response for something that happened while it was in their care.
