The pool and the room were decent, but the hotel’s ad promised a free airport transfer (in response to a query) and then charged 1000 peso (2 km). The breakfasts were bad.

The hotel was horrible and the bathroom was super small.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the pool, and the natural surroundings made us feel very connected to nature. The staff responded quickly to our concerns and requests. Only downside: the roads leading to the hotel were under construction, making them narrow and a bit congested during rush hour.
