“Pathetic”
There wasn’t much to say except that it was close to the mall. It was overpriced and the facilities were poor. The room was tiny and had no proper window—just a small opaque glass “window” without curtains, letting light in early in the morning. The bed wasn’t heated, and they hesitated to provide a room heater, only giving one later. No one was available to hand out drinking water at 6.30am because room service and reception were asleep. The hotel claims to be a 3‑star, yet I had stayed at a better 1‑star place in South Delhi for half the price earlier this month. For a three‑person stay there was only one chair and an odd half‑table; the single small wardrobe was insufficient even for one person. There were no hooks or rods in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. I could go on and on.
