The location is on Juthbacka. The breakfast was bad and the rooms were old even though new ones exist, and we were the only guests staying there, so it was terrible and expensive for such poor accommodation.

The location was very nice. The red buildings and the large, well‑maintained rooms stood out. Breakfast was good, though not abundant. Having a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room was a plus. However, there was no soap at the laundry, no fridge, and the rooms were not the newest, so they were a bit worn (though still clean).

I found the area quiet and beautiful, right near Uudenkaarlepyyn center, and the place was clean. The décor feels old‑fashioned but still in good condition, and the price feels a bit high for the quality offered.
