Great location right next to one of the churches. The apartment is very well equipped. The excellent air‑conditioning keeps it comfortable even when temperatures rise. You can drop off and pick up luggage on weekdays between 7.00 and 19.00. Parking in the city costs a fee; there are also free options farther out, but sometimes you need a bit of luck. In summer there are many events that can go on until midnight around the square. Gravina is worth it with some guided tours and plenty of food and drink options. Matera and Castel del Monte are quick to reach.

The spot was amazing, right in the heart of the old town. Couldn’t have chosen a better location. Open the door and you’re surrounded by the vibrant evening vibe as locals come out to mingle. The place was roomy with a charming little deck to sit and soak up this gorgeous old town. Roberto was incredibly helpful, giving great tips on where to eat authentic food. I’m so glad we decided to stay here.

Roberto was very helpful at any time of day, the location was perfect, clean, welcoming. I’m a woman and went alone, but I felt at home, thanks.

We had a top central location right in the historic city centre. From there you’re right in the Italian life. The central location has its drawbacks with access (ZTL zone, only in a narrow time window allowed for loading and unloading, parking must be outside).
