“Amazing stay near fort Jaisalmer”

We stayed at Jaswant Palace and met Mr Ganpat, who is a very nice person and organized a desert tour for us. The jeep safari, camel ride, and stargazing were amazing, and we had a bonfire and dinner on the dunes. Thanks to Ganpat and his team, and the hotel is just near the Jaisalmer Fort. The best view comes from the rooftop restaurant when staying on the rooftop after sunset—an amazing view of the Fort, which is silent, and the room is very clean. The bathroom is especially clean, and the staff behaviour is always good. They take care of everything, are always available, and if you need anything, they ask you and are very nice. My train was at midnight, so they also dropped me off at night. I really appreciate it and highly recommend it for families.

“Wonderful stay, loved it.”

We booked a stay at Jaswant Palace, which sits right next to the Jaisalmer fort and is within walking distance of the fort, the havelis, and the local market. The rooftop restaurant was closed, but Ganpat arranged food for us, so we didn’t need to leave the hotel. The staff were very supportive, and his friend Ghazi, the auto driver, was also a very nice guy who helped us with local sightseeing to Bada Bagh and Gadisar Lake. Overall, it was a fabulous experience.

“Wasn’t up to the mark. Overall okay.”

The location was good near the fort, but it wasn’t up to the mark overall. It was okay.

Staying at Jaswant Palace was a wonderful experience. The owner Ganpat is a wonderful person, and the staff Damodar and Praveen are also very nice. The rooms are clean, and the Jaisalmer Fort view from the terrace is amazing.
