The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The pool was a let‑down.

When we got there, the exterior disappointed us; the landscaping looked neglected, which reflected on how the property is maintained. Inside, the building felt very hot, and when I saw my room it had a strong mildew smell. I asked for a refund and the receptionist apologized sincerely. The property needs a major facelift, the outside cleaned and landscaped, and the trash and broken pots at the front door removed—otherwise it’s unacceptable.

I liked the location; we were surrounded by restaurants, other hotels, and a mall. What bothered me was that the hotel was under renovation, and that pets were allowed—I'd prefer a pet‑free place, but otherwise everything was fine.
