Everything went very well from start to finish: check‑in was very easy, the team was very helpful, everyone treated me super well and made me feel very comfortable—definitely the best treatment I've had in a hostel! The place is very well located, close to everything, especially events in general.

Extremely quiet, a family‑friendly environment, and the hostel staff were very attentive and friendly; Olinda welcomed me and coordinated the rest of the team, turning a one‑night stay into a long, pleasant week. My only improvement would be that the rooms could be darker, as I’m very sensitive to light, and the curtains are too light and thin, letting in a lot of light.

The staff were on point, always friendly and ready to help. I left feeling the service was truly excellent.

The place lives up to what was advertised and the crew are genuinely nice; there’s an ER just a few blocks away and a police station right across the street, so getting around by foot, bus or metro is a breeze. The price is cheap, perfect for city‑explorers. Still a few kinks to iron out, so expect some ongoing improvements.
