Location was ideal. Shortcuts done in maintenance. Breakfast was not great. Couldn’t get the AC to work properly

The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the staff were friendly.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. However, I was charged a $150 damage deposit while the rest of my party paid only $100, which is inconsistent. My daughter’s room was supposed to have a sofa bed, but there was none; the desk staff claimed the chair was the sofa sleeper, yet it never unfolded and was just a regular chair. The plastic cover around the mattress was torn, the sheets were the wrong size, and my sheet kept coming off.
