The spot is close to Munich Central Station, which is convenient. I stayed just one night and got bitten by dust mites in eight spots. The sofa and other furniture had stains and overall cleanliness was lacking.

There isn’t much to like except the proximity to the station, though the neighborhood isn’t the best at night. The shower is broken.
