“Bliss to the max”
I scored it 10.0/10: the location was convenient, the personal touches were relaxing, and the food was amazing. The only issue was that at check‑in we were placed next to a family with very loud children, but after we asked, they moved us.
I rated it 8.0/10: the spa, food, style, décor, and ambience were good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive. A drink and a dish were ordered but not served, and a reservation went to the wrong restaurant. Nothing major, but at that price one expects top‑class service.
