“Disappointed..!it’s fucked”

None.! Honestly I’m so disappointed.how still make this place on the list as hotel.!!this property doesn’t fit for human.2 hours after checked in for 2 nights full paid I left the premises and booked in to santoso hotel Batu. This Plum hotel is disgustingly still open for human to stay.it’s filthy,ruined all broken no water.!!!yes there’s no water running all taps are broken…you must send someone to see it yourself.!!no cleaner no staff only two loser sit on front desk.said sorry I couldn’t give you clean towels as laundry not ready yet…everything are broken,,rubbish hasn’t removed,bed are so damp never been changed.!!my daughter couldn’t pee in the bathroom.it’s and no running water.it’s unbelievable…disgraceful.! That property Should be burn to be honest…you should see it for yourself

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how a place like this is allowed to operate as a hotel. The moment I checked in, I knew I had to get out of there - it was disgusting, with broken everything, no running water, and a general air of neglect. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and I ended up leaving within a couple of hours to find a better place to stay.

“Disaster”

Unfortunately, my experience was pretty underwhelming. The parking situation was a nightmare - my car got blocked in, and the staff didn't seem to care. To make matters worse, the shower wasn't working properly.
