Room layout and pricing weren’t what I expected! The kitchen closed too early for supper, and the menu options were limited.
“Wenig Kunden-Service und freundliche Angebote, es fehlt an Liebe und "welcome-feeling"”
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and while it had some lovely aspects, it fell short in several areas. The location was beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and my room had a lovely balcony with a view. The dining area was upscale, with nice furniture, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, the breakfast was extremely limited, and I was often left feeling irritated as I had to ask for everything. The prices were also quite steep, especially considering the quality of the food.
“Just okay made better by Awino”
Awino the host was excellent. The room floors and carpets were an issue.
“Déception”
I recently stayed at this hotel and was shocked by the outrageous prices of the food and drinks. A simple plate of pasta that would normally cost around 15,000 Tanzanian shillings elsewhere was a whopping 15 dollars here, which is equivalent to 36,000 Tanzanian shillings. A classic mojito that would normally cost around 10,000 Tanzanian shillings was sold for 10 dollars, which is 24,000 Tanzanian shillings. This is absolutely outrageous and made my stay feel very expensive.
