The spot is perfect, just a 10‑minute walk from the port, very quiet, with a sea view (on the road but not too annoying), and an attached quality restaurant. The rooms are cozy and spacious. You do have to walk a bit to reach the hyper‑center, but it’s not a huge distance. The hotel is close to the road that separates it from the beach, yet the noise isn’t bothersome.

A charming, old‑fashioned place with a comfy room, and the staff on the second day were helpful. I was delighted by the paper ledger used to track reservations! The restaurant is closed on Sunday, and we weren’t warned. It’s a bit of a trek from the ferry port.

Close enough to feel part of St Peter Port but far enough to be out of town; it felt like being part of a family. A cancellation that day had us moved to ROOM ONE, which is nice—ask for ROOM ONE. From there you can watch the sun RISE.

The food was great, but I had to book ahead to guarantee a table in the evening. The place was very noisy, with traffic passing by and outside tables occupied until 2.30am with loud laughter and chatter on weekend nights, right under our windows. The shower was powerful yet the space was tiny, making it hard to wash properly, and the sink basin taps were loose. The room stayed too hot at night.
