“Will be returning when next in Sydney”
Everything was exactly what we needed, and there were no issues at all.

The place was spotless and quiet.
The staff were very kind and accommodating, answering any concern or request quickly. The rooms were nice and very clean, and the location is close to a few shopping centres. The beds were a bit hard; it’s fine for one or two nights but after that your back starts to hurt.

The spot was perfect for our trip, breakfast was nearby, and parking was easy. The building’s exterior looked run down, the bathroom ventilation was hopeless, and there wasn’t enough staff to change towels or keep rooms tidy.

Traveling with my daughter for a medical procedure at the local private hospital, we found the hotel within walking distance and also close to beaches we visited by car. The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed hearing the peacocks at the neighbouring garden centre. We were able to use Uber Eats and the food arrived quickly thanks to the hotel’s location. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Cutlery and plates in the room would have been good; there was a microwave but no cutlery to eat with. I went to reception and he provided plates and cutlery, but I feel those should have already been in the room.
