Wonderful stay immersed in nature; Samantha and Gianluca welcomed us with pleasure and were very kind, also giving us tips for places to visit and to relax. The room had everything needed for the stay and was well cared for. Highly recommended!

The welcome, breakfast, and overall setup were great, though the road to get there is a bit rough, but the host had warned us beforehand.

The stay was fantastic; Gianluca and Samantha were perfect hosts—super friendly, thoughtful, and ready to help with any question, the area around was beautiful and calm, and Samantha’s homemade pastries for breakfast were incredible. Definitely recommend!

The genuine and generous hospitality from the owners, who are experts on the area and generous with recommendations, the daily well‑prepared breakfast with freshly baked croissants, the secluded spot in the Marche hills (there’s a 4 km dirt road but you get used to it after the first time), and the outdoor patio to relax in the fresh air. The rooms, being an authentic country house, lack much sound insulation.

Samantha and Gianluca were absolutely amazing hosts—warm, kind, attentive, super‑hospitable, and low‑key. The place is peaceful and quiet, giving very restful sleep, and the breakfast is exceptional and delicious.
